Adequate proceedings can offer you the possibility to get a court-appointed defense. But it is not an automatic process if the defendant can’t afford a lawyer. It has to be a proceeding where you need defense, meaning if law calls for it. Mainly it’s about proceedings in front of the Country Court or the Higher Regional Court, or if the defendant is charged with indictable offense.

We advise you if it makes sense to file such a petition. If it doesn’t make sense, we will estimate the costs for your defense. According to our experiences we can predict the costs very accurate.
