Aliens law

Aliens law contains all prescriptions according to immigration and habitation of all citizens, which do not have German citizenship. Furthermore it regulates settlement, employment and – latterly – in contains prescriptions according to integration. Terms and conditions for that have been regulated in the Immigration Act in 2004. But the legal position does not always open up to everyone, due to necessary special knowledge of case-law and European law.

Although meanwhile Germany is a destination country, there are still many areas where there is a lot of trouble with government agencies.  Particularly the following ones:

-         subsequent immigration of family members

-         granting of a work permit

-         naturalization law
