Labor law

Our labor law advisory service also includes the relevant aspects of social law and tax law. We represent the interests of our clients in court and at any arbitration board in Germany.

 

 The main aspects in labor law are:

  • Drafting of contracts for employees and freelancers
  • Cancelations or cancelation agreements in consideration of social law and tax law, including legal representation
  • Forming or avoidance of non-competition clauses
  • Pay claim, compensation, overtime, holiday entitlement

 In the labor law section you will find many lawyers that either represent employers or employees – out of a personal conviction.

We do not participate in this black-and-white thinking. Especially the knowledge of the opposite side’s typical way of looking at a problem improves the quality of our legal service.
